For orders submitted by dealers in Cross Border States (cross-border states are Arizona , Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Virginia and West Virginia.), 50 States Emissions is optional. Cross Border States ordering 50 States Emissions will receive ULEV2 Emissions.
